Installation

For best results:

• Empty the filler (sand) into a separate vessel then empty the contents of the resin into the bottom of your mixing tub.
• Add approx. half the sand and mix for up to 10 seconds, add the remaining sand and mix more thoroughly for 30 seconds (best results achieved with a mechanical mixing tool such as paddle or drill and whisk.
• Mix is complete when there is no visible resin, it should be completely mixed in.
• If applying by hand leave 10-15mins before applying for best results then simply press pointing made easy into the joint
• If applying with trowel and Hawk simply place Pointing made easy on the hawk and apply using trowel
• Brush the access sand off the face of the brick with a semi rough brush (the more flat the surface of the brick the easier this process will be)

Things to note:

• Product will stay viable and usable for up to 5 days if the lid is securely fastened.
• For best results compress the material into the joint and strike off with a finishing tool.
• If the floor service is clean or plastic sheet is down etc the material can be simply picked up off the floor and re used or placed back in the tub to use later. Ensure no contaminants get into the material for best results when re-using.
